The Development Process:
As an artist, music release cycles will be a constant throughout your career. These cycles are an excellent opportunity to strategize for success, build momentum, and arm you with the tools, knowledge, and systems necessary to launch your career forward towards meeting and surpassing your goals.
STEP 1 – ARTIST DISCOVERY: Prior to the rollout of any release, you must first understand your brand and your audience. This is where we start to build out the foundation of your strategy.

STEP 2 – RELEASE CYCLE: Once your brand is defined and your strategy foundation is laid out, it is now time to start taking action. Together we’ll move through the five phases of the release cycle:
- Project Discovery
- Set-up
- Activation
- Release/Post-Release
- Rest & Reset
In your campaign you will learn how each of the phases work together to create a comprehensive release strategy. Your coach will guide you and help you keep it all on track.

- Performance – Tour & booking strategy, setlist design, stage and show design, stage presence, professionalism, honing the craft
- Publicity – Press releases, building/perfecting your EPK, pitching strategy for radio, press, agents, etc, network & relationship building, utilizing metrics and proof of concept, broadening visibility, trust building
- Content Strategy – Social media management, process development, official asset production, engagement strategies, idea generation, content calendars and post scheduling, batch-creating, mental load and time management
STEP 3 – CONTINUED COACHING & DEVELOPMENT: Ongoing coaching helps artists maintain momentum, strengthen weaknesses, continue evolving and improving strategy, and maintain effective career management over the long-term. When its time for your next release we will guide the process again, building on the foundation that has already been laid.

Foundations & Strategy
We recommend starting with a Strategy Check-Up, a 1:1 mini coaching session with one of our artist development coaches, to arm you with information, clarity, and guidance in whatever area is currently keeping you stuck, and to give you a glimpse of what it is like to have the support of a development coach on your side. This will help you decide if Not Only Noise is a good fit for you.
Strategy Check-UP

This 30 minute coaching sample session will give you a bite-sized introduction to our services and provide you with strategies to guide you through wherever you are stuck in your career. It includes:
- Foundations for Growth: An Artist’s Guide
- Mini Strategy Session followed up with recap notes including tips, next steps, and action items
- Additional information about coaching services leaving you confident in your decision to move forward with coaching, if you feel it is the right for you.
Foundations for Growth: An Artist’s Guide

This booklet will prepare you for coaching, or for launching your career on your own, by getting your mindset pointed in the right direction and ensuring you are armed with a blanket set of relevant music industry information, prompts, tools, and knowledge.
A la carte purchase includes a $25 credit toward any package or service.
The Check-In and all packages include the Foundations for Growth: An Artist’s Guide – a booklet giving you a fast-paced education in music business fundamentals and evergreen information with a focus on mindset and application, including branding, royalties, copyright, social media strategy, market research, release planning, storytelling, and much more. This guide can be used throughout your career as a quick reference or refresher crash-course in area-specific industry standards, helpful mindset, and best practices.
If you’re not yet ready to explore coaching, but could still use the resource, you also have the option of purchasing Foundations for Growth a la carte. When you do this you will also receive a $25 credit to use toward any of our services in the future, once you’re ready.

The Artist Blueprint
Work with a coach one-on-one to audit your career and trajectory. First you will complete a detailed self-reflective questionnaire intended to help define the missing pieces preventing you from hitting your marks. Next, your coach will evaluate your questionnaire and together you will outline a detailed and comprehensive branding and release strategy extending from the next release to 5 years down the line. Get to the core of your artistic goals, find the gaps in your current strategy, and learn what steps you specifically need to take it to the next level!
The ARTIST BLUEPRINT

A deep dive into your goals, brand, and strategy, uncovering gaps, missed opportunities, and new growth paths. Walk away with a personalized release strategy and action plan.

Management Services
Day-to-Day Artist Management
Not Only Noise works with a limited number of artists providing day-to-day management services. This service is curated and offered based on roster availability. Rates and packages are customized on an individual basis.
